This page will tell you all about my quest to reach a wieght of 230lbs. I started lifting wieghts seriously in September of 1997. Every since then, I have been hooked. I love it! It also is great to know that I am healthy. Shit, this is one of the healthiest hobbies that you could have. When I started, I wieghed 186. At 5'11, that wasn't too bad. I had a body fat count of around %16. It wasn't bad really, but I was starting to get a little belly. I mainly started to get rid of that, but once I got into it, I couldn't stop. I kept seeing big gains, and that really motivated me. I now wiegh 202lbs with a body fat count of %8.5(too bad it's all at my abdomin!). I lost about 6 pounds when I started working out. So that's a gain of about 22 pounds in 13 months. I think that is pretty good, if you don't, go to HELL, I don't really give a shit. I think it's good, and that's what keeps me going. I can't claim all the glory though. I have been taking Creatine since September.(yep, the same shit Mark McGwire takes!) That shit is good, and I recommend it to anyone, if you're welling to take a chance. The long term effects of it on your kidneys, has not been determined. I'm not saying that it is bad for you, but just in case, I don't want to be liable. The shit works awesome though!! It is the only shit that I have ever taken. Anyway, back to the fukkin' subject.
